Every package includes a consultation call, curated product recommendations with direct purchase links, and a follow-up summary. Higher-tier packages add mood boards, material specifications, revision rounds, and extended support.
Yes! All packages are available virtually. We work with clients across the US via video consultation. In-person site visits are available in metro Atlanta and within 100 miles for an additional travel fee.
Quick Consults include a same-day follow-up email. Room Refresh plans are delivered within 5-7 business days. Full Room Designs are delivered within 10-14 business days, depending on project scope.
Absolutely. Many clients start with a Quick Consult and upgrade to a Room Refresh or Full Room Design. We'll credit your initial consultation fee toward the upgrade.
Consultations can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment. Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. Design plans in progress are non-refundable.
